Fiber Glass
Fiber Glass Body Kits; bumpers Lips side skirts spoilers fender and hoods are made out of high quality fiber glass. Finishing in black or white gel-caoted and comes with wire mesh if applicable.
Fiber glass hoods and trunks are manufactured using a up & bottom construction design. Usually we use 3-4 layer of 450 grams fiber glass material overlapping the hood top mold and hood frame mold. And hood frame is joined to the top mold carefully, matching up the fiberglass layers exactly to enhance the product structure. All the join lines and edges are smoothed by hands to insure good quality finish all around.

Carbon Fiber
Carbon hoods and trunks are manufactured using a up & bottom construction design. The top layer is carbon fiber material bonded to the hood surface with high-grade resin, and finished with a clear coating for a high gloss finish. And underside shell is joined to the top layer enhancing the product structure. All the join lines and edges are smoothed by hands to insure good quality finish all around.
Our carbon fiber products are handcraft by A grade carbon fiber material and is manufacturer by vacuum infusion process, these process are 10-20% lighter than the traditional rolling method. This improved the looking of the product underside as well as improve the durability of that.
